Astley and Ellesmere Lodge730 Installation

Geoff Catterall was installed into the chair of the newly amalgamated Astley and Ellesmere Lodge730.

Geoff said he was very happy to be the Master at this first installation, the amalgamation is working well and both groups are integrating. Geoff has been Master of the Ellesmere Lodge on three other occasions with Mastership of two other Lodges he is very experienced mason.

The installing Master was Jim Turner who worked the ceremony with dignity and a silky smooth delivery. Jim has steered Astley and Ellesmere Lodges successfully through the amalgamation process. To facilities this Jim remained in the chair for two years.

The whole ceremony was worked very well and everyone involved did a fine job.

The festive board was a very enjoyable and friendly occasion.
