Westhoughton Mum gets a lift

Dawn Randle a mother of two who suffers from MS said she had a real problem in that she could only get up or down stairs with the help of her husband Darren,

so if she was downstairs when he went to work that’s where she stayed until he came home.

Brian Tite who is a Tai Chi instructor at the Jubilee Centre, Darley Street and also a Freemason suggested that she get in touch with the West Lancashire Freemasons

to see if they could help.

Hilda Hope, Chair person of the Bolton and District Multiple Sclerosis Society filled in the paper work and shortly afterwards Dawn was presented with a cheque

for £4,168 towards a ‘through the floor lift.’

Dawn thanked all those involved in helping her and said she is looking forward to having her lift installed in her home.
