WHAT’S ON 2011

All ladies would be very welcome to attend this meeting whether committee members or not. Please come along and find out just what we, the committee
do for Brookfield Hall. New input and ideas would be very much appreciated, and hopefully you will decide to join us, but if not, come along anyway.

Jazz Sunday Lunch – 5th June 12.30 for 1.00
A relaxing way to spend Sunday afternoon, with no cooking or washing up, plus the bonus of being entertained by The Mark Lewis Trio. All are welcome to
this social event, so come along with your family and friends and support the Hall.
Three course meal with tea or coffee to follow - £16.50 adults, £8.25 children under 12years. Tickets and menu choice in advance please. Available from

Craft Fayre – Sunday 23rd October (time tba)
Following the success of last year, we have decided to repeat this event. Come along and browse the variety of stalls, shop in advance for Christmas or
just treat yourself. Alternatively, if you are a retailer or craft person, why not have a stall yourself? No increase in charge from last year at £12 per table.

Children’s Christmas Party – Sunday 4th Dec (2.00pm-4.30pm)
This is always a popular event with entertainment, games, food and a present from Father Christmas. Further details and booking forms from
Lodge Secretaries will be available nearer the time.
Ages 2yrs to 10years only.
May we also remind you early that due to health and safety regulations, NO CHILDREN are allowed in the coffee shop area and NO HOT DRINKS
must be taken into the main hall where the children are being entertained.
New Years Eve Gala Dinner – Saturday 31st December
Last but not least, our finale to the year. This year’s theme will once again be a Masked Ball, having been so popular a few years ago.
The event always sells out very quickly so watch for further details later in the year, and start planning those masks now. Come along with family
and friends to enjoy good food, good company, be entertained, and to welcome in 2012.
