No more wallflowers

At the Valentine’s Day social John Lancaster asked various members of Astley and Ellesmere Lodge No 730 if dancing lesson might be a good idea.

Steve Grand said he knew John and Marjorie Alcock who had been dancing and teaching dance since they were school kids.

Steve said that this evening had only been mentioned to member of the lodge and 25 aspiring dancers turned up at the Chorley Masonic Hall for lessons.

With this sort of response, Steve said, a regular night is a must. Any one who is interested should contact any member of Astley and Ellesmere Lodge.
